We also take various steps to reduce the chances of an internal data hack by using Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and by only allow our team to used certain types of hardware. When Good Future decides to use a new product it must meet the following security standards set forth by Good Future Interactive-
1) The software must be web-based to reduce the chance of hardware theft.
2) The information that we provide or that our clients provide must be securely stored on multiple servers.
3) The software company must have an action plan already in place in the event of a data breach.
If a company does not meet our three strict guidelines then we will not use their products or services. We also do not link our primary accounts with external web based programs. In addition, we also use a password randomizer that generates passwords that range from 15-100 characters for our secure accounts that store personal information.
