Here at Good Future, we take information security very seriously. In order to ensure that personal information is being viewed by the correct people, we have taken the following steps as an organization-
We do not allow printing from secure accounts.
We do not allow files to be shared with external organizations on our secure accounts.
When our secure accounts are accessed it notifies our Information Center and the Senior Leadership Team.
If a secure account is accessed on an unsecured device or a lot of account activity is taking place it immediately notifies our Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
Our Secure Accounts are required to have passwords that contain special characters, numbers, multiple capital letters, and they must contain a minimum of 15 characters.
Our Secure Accounts do not allow people to download content from the servers. We also do not allow people to connect their G Suite Accounts to Microsoft public computers.
We do not allow our Secure Accounts to own any devices or to be signed in as primary accounts on mobile devices.
Our Secure Accounts are only accessible to the Leadership within our organization.
When someone signs into a Secure Account it automatically leaves a permanent timestamp in our system.
The files created on a secure account are never deleted without permission from two board members accounts and three senior leadership accounts and they can not be signed in within the same zip code.
