Here at Good Future we use G Suite for nonprofits as our only operating software and we only use G Suite for Work software extensions that add onto the G Suite for nonprofits platform. Google as an organization takes security very seriously and they incorporate security into everything they do. They work to provide the best in security and support to limit the probability of a data breach. Google also takes the storage of it's hardware very seriously by building cutting edge data centers which are located throughout the world and are operated by a team of Google employees focused on the security and function of the facility. At Good Future every file and other information is stored with Google through G Suite. Google owns, maintains, and builds the servers and hardware that Good Future uses to store our data, therefore we are not at risk for hardware being stolen or misused. Good Future only uses Google Forms to collect information from companies, club members, team members, and truly anyone. But how secure is Google Forms, well it is very secure in fact it is rated #1 by an independent security analysis organization. The information you provide on a google form is not stored in a simple Google Account. The Google Account your responses are stored in is considered a Secure Account by Good Future, because it has extremely limited access and it is very closely monitored by Good Future & Google.
